Seaton Yachts

SPRING NEWSLETTER      May 2012

Greetings.

Our recent travels have taken us up and down both US coasts and the Great Lakes. Never before have we seen so many high quality yachts available for exceptional brokerage deals. The good news is that sellers have become more realistic and there are active buyers who have come off the sidelines. Many of our colleagues along with ourselves have noticed a significant upswing in activity these last couple of months, which seems to be fueled by a "if not now then when attitude" and also overseas buyers.

Our market knowledge is the result of scouring docks and yacht yards worldwide looking for gems often before they are listed. Yes, it requires a lot of time and expense, but we love looking at boats and helping our clients realize their dreams . Our focus is on properly designed and built seagoing motor and sailing yachts. We would welcome the chance to meet with you at the Trawler Fest in Anacortes to discuss your requirements for both new and brokerage opportunities.
